Colored postcard which shows First Baptist Church on South Ave., a red brick building with a limestone foundation. This is a front view with a tall spire and bell tower over main door. There is a short spire over a secondary front door. 3.5 X 5 inches. Emulsion on cardstock.

Taken at same time as 1992-30. Measurements/Size: 2 7/8" x 3 3/8" on 3 1/2" x 4 3/8". Material/Color: Emulsion, paper affixed to scalloped cardboard/sepia. Several scratches, stained cardboard. Machine made.

Black and white postcard view of the Pythian Home of Missouri, built by the fraternal order the Knights of Pythias. Known locally as the Pythian Castle. Used as the service club for O'Reilly General Hospital during World War II.

A black and white photograph of the southeast corner of the Public Square with a view south on South Ave. Note the concrete " Pie " in the center of the Public Square. An electric trolley car is entering the Public Square by way of Boonville Ave. A highway 66 sign is attached to one of the lamp posts. Looking down South St. is the spire of Grace Methodist Church.

Black and white photo of Thompson Sales Company; 727 St. Louis Street. This is a automobile dealership. The sign on the building reads " Thompson Sales Co., 709 E. Trafficway, Complete Auto Body Repair, Quality Auto Painting, Free Estimates " Since the building faced St. Louis Street, this would be the rear view of the building. There are several automobiles in the photograph.

Black and white postcard view of Presbyterian Hill, across from Branson with a metal bridge connecting the two over Lake Taneycomo. The hill was the site of a Presbyterian Church camp and later a hotel.
